Sense Sign School

for Sense

A video-led campaign helping UK disability charity Sense reframe public preconceptions of disability and reach new audiences.

Sense Sign School features 15-year-old Tyrese, who brings cheekiness and charm to the seven free British Sign Language lesson videos we created for the campaign.

Launching during lockdown, the series was a hit, generating a PR reach of 15 million people, over 80,000 sign-ups, and beating its targets by 1,120%. The campaign was featured by major news outlets including BBC, ITV, Sky, and Channel 5 and even mentioned in parliament.

Sense Sign School was a 2021 Purpose Awards finalist, a 2020 DMA bronze winner, and at the 2020 Third Sector Awards was a finalist for β€˜Breakthrough of the year’, highly commended for β€˜Marketing campaign of the year’ and won GOOD Agency β€˜Agency of the year’.
